Taking prescribed medicine seems like a no-brainer. The instructions are right on the packaging and you create a habit of taking it at the same time every day- perhaps with a meal. That certainly is manageable for someone who takes one pill daily and needs no reminders.

Just last week, my college pals and I reconnected for a reunion over dinner. We picked a restaurant whose menu we knew would please all of our finicky diets. What we didn’t check, however, was the rating of the noise level, which many reviewers now indicate with “noise bomb” icons.
